Opera in the Caves! Literally. The Underground Opera Company is pleased to announce a concert at the magnificent Jenolan Caves. Eyes will sparkle! Hearts will melt!The Jenolan Caves will offer a choice of two incredible Opera experiences. 'The Grand Arch Valentine’s Concert' and The 'Temple of Baal Intimate Opera Experience'.
You don't need to be an opera buff! “Opera in the Caves” is a collaboration of the most popular pieces from opera and light opera’s most famous productions, including Rigoletto, The Barber of Seville, Cosi fan Tutti, Carmen, Carousel, Phantom of the Opera and many more.
National and international performers: Sophie Wotton, Eleanor Varnes, Leonel Theunissen, Glenn Lorimer (Scottish National Opera Company & the London Opera Company) and John Woods on piano.

- the brilliant Georg Mertens - Concerts in the Caves Georg Mertens will perform his 'Bach to the Romantics' program in the Cathedral Chamber of the Lucas Cave. Allow Georg and his solo cello to immerse your senses in magical melody. The Cathedral Chamber has arguably the best acoustics of any performance space in the world.
