Pre-Booking is Mandatory

To enter Jenolan, you must first show your pre-booked ticket to our car park concierge. We may have to turn you around if you do not already have a ticket.

Getting to Jenolan - Arrive Early

Please arrive 45 minutes before your first activity.

Because Jenolan Caves Road is closed, you must enter Jenolan via Edith Road. So, if you usually drive from a Sydney direction, the route has changed.  Always check before starting out for Jenolan. See our maps and directions.

When you arrive at Jenolan, via Edith Road, we will direct you to our upper car park. After parking, you can walk down the path to caves and hotel. It is a lovely walk, although steep with some stairs. Or you can use our shuttle bus service.

Dine and Discover

We are still accepting Dine and Discover vouchers, which you can use at Chisolm's, Caves Cafe and for a cave tour.
