Chisolm's Restaurant Breakfast
Caves House hotel was designed in 1897 by Walter Liberty Vernon, in the Federation Arts & Crafts style, as a mountain retreat for Sydney's well-to-do. Vernon's design included an enormous grand dining room, now the magnificent Chisolm's Restaurant.
Your accommodation includes buffet breakfast at Chisolm's, served from 7:30 to 9:30am. A relaxing breakfast is a good start to a day of exploring.
