Hearty Breakfast
Caves House hotel was designed in 1897 by Walter Liberty Vernon, in the Federation Arts & Crafts style, as a mountain retreat for Sydney's well-to-do. Vernon's design included an enormous grand dining room, now the magnificent Chisolm's Restaurant.
Chisolm's is open for a-la-carte breakfasts, 7 days a week. A relaxing breakfast is a good start to a day of exploring our bushwalks, birdwatching or spotting native animals.
To help us facilitate social distancing at breakfast, we would greatly appreciate it if overnight guests pre-book breakfast, for either 7:30am, 8:15am or 9am, and pre-order from our new breakfast menu.
