Caves House hotel was designed in 1897 by Walter Liberty Vernon, in the Federation Arts & Crafts style, as a retreat for the wealthy. Vernon's design included an enormous grand dining room, now the magnificent Chisolm's Restaurant.
Chisolm's is open for full country breakfasts and continental breakfasts, 7 days a week.
You don't need to be an overnight guest. Just come down to Jenolan Caves for breakfast, from 7:30 to 9:30am.
