Lunch - Grand Dining Room Carvery


To get to Chisolm’s Restaurant for the buffet lunch, walk through the main foyer of Caves House hotel, up the grand staircase (or take the lift) and turn left.

Our delicious buffet is open for lunch, 12 noon to 2 pm, weekends, public holidays and selected dates.

$30 per adult and $15 per child (up to age 12)

Quinoa, rocket, roast pumpkin, sunflower seeds and walnuts (veg, v, df, gf)
Cos Lettuce, watermelon, feta and celery (v, gf)
House nicoise with barramundi, potatoes, crisp green beans, egg and wasabi mayo (pisc, gf)

The Carvery
2 succulent daily roasts (lamb shoulder, Oberon Black Angus beef, free range chicken,
rolled pork loin or cured beef silverside) with all the trimmings
Selection of seasonal fresh greens (veg, v, gf)
Roast root vegetables (veg, v, df, gf)
Crisp skin salmon, lime sauce, broccolini (gf, pisc)
Beetroot risotto, orange, spinach and goats cheese (gf, v) (veg opt)


Platter of fresh cut fruit (gf, df, veg, v)
Pear tart tatin with anglaise
Homemade chocolate and orange Sacha Torte

Note that while the buffet is open, the bar will also be open.


About Chisolm’s Restaurant
Heritage-listed Caves House hotel was designed in 1897 as a retreat for the wealthy landowners of NSW. The enormous grand dining room was completed in 1924, and is now our magnificent Chisholm's Restaurant. It is one of Australia's two remaining 'grand dining rooms' from that opulent era. Dining in Chisolm’s is one of Jenolan’s many 'must do' experiences.
