For any of our upcoming guests residing in the NSW lockdown areas, please know we are waiving our 24hr cancellation policy for accommodation and our lovely team are happy to help you reorganise your booking for another date. 

We also offer vouchers or full refunds for anyone that has prepaid for their accommodation, dining or cave tour experience. 
We are experiencing are large number of calls so if you cannot get through please email us on bookings@jenolancaves.org.au for accommodation or dining matters, or reception@jenolancaves.org.au for cave tours. 
For everyone else not in lockdown, we are still open! Book your experience now - we have great accommodation and dining packages and we are still accepting Dine & Discover vouchers until the end of August.
