We are committed to maintaining a high standard of ethical and accountable conduct to ensure the integrity of our organisation and the work we do for the people of NSW. The Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust has zero tolerance towards fraud, corruption or any other type of serious wrongdoing.
Public Interest Disclosure Policy
This Public Interest Disclosure Policy sets out how we support and manage reports of such matters.
If you suspect fraud, corruption or any other type of serious wrongdoing by an employee or other person working for the Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust, we encourage you to make a report by completing the Serious Wrongdoing report form or contacting the Disclosure Officers for Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust, which includes the Administrator (Head of Agency) or the Director, Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust. If you do not have access to the DCCEEW Intranet, please contact pidreporting@dcceew.nsw.gov.au to obtain further contact details for the Disclosure Officers or you can contact any of DCCEEW’s Disclosure Officers if you prefer to report outside of the Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust.
Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust has entered into an arrangement with the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) that states DCCEEW exercises these functions in accordance with section 81(2) of the PID Act:
All PID Act functions of Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust; and
DCCEEW will provide the annual return to the Ombudsman required by section 78 of the PID Act on behalf of Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust.
The arrangement is effective from 14 July 2025
